主讲人简介:
Dr. Umar Rashid completed his Ph.D. in December 2021 at the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), Hefei, under the CAS Key Laboratory of Mechanical Behavior and Design of Materials, Department of Modern Mechanics. Following his doctoral studies, he pursued postdoctoral research at Jiangsu University, Zhenjiang. Currently, Dr. Rashid is serving as a Distinguished Associate Researcher at the Institute of Advanced Study, Chengdu University. His primary research focuses on fluid mechanics and mathematical modeling.
主讲内容简介:
This lecture focuses on the computational study of fluid–structure interaction in a micro-channel. The Finite Element Method (FEM) will be implemented to numerically solve the partial differential equations governing fluid flow and heat transfer. Grid refinement and validation tests will be conducted using deep learning techniques to ensure the accuracy of the numerical results (FEM). The simulation results will be presented in terms of elastic fin shapes, solid volume fraction, thermal conductivity, and viscosity, as well as their effects on velocity, temperature, kinetic energy, and the Nusselt number.
